Covert

Rear bay can be converted to hold a small team of covert ops officers (results in minimized torpedo count)

Designed so harder to detect on sensors

Equipped with cloaking device (disables shields and phasers, torpedoes still active)
Silent impulse and thruster drives for covert planetary travel
Hydro-drive for covert planetary water travel

High-speed

Maximum Warp: 9.589
Time at Max: 3 hours
Maximum Cruise: Warp 9.0 (can hold indefinitely)
Nacelles: Specialized design placement allows for more speed without risk of damage to space/time fabric
Warp Engine: Starfleet Mark MVII design – Extreme efficiency and stability allows for flight at Warp 9 continuously without overload. This engine design is currently only available to smaller vessels as larger vessel require too much power.
Impulse Drive: Full impulse= 270 million KPH, jointed engine allows for high-speed maneuverability
Thrusters: Jointed thrusters allow for greater maneuverability
Hydro-drive: For planetary water travel. Max of 215 kn.

Attack

2 pulse-phaser canons (aimed forward)
8 phaser arrays (2 starboard, 2 port, 2 aft, 1 ventral, 1 dorsal)
3 torpedo launchers (2 forward, 1 aft)
Configured for quantum and tricobalt torpedoes
Holds 10-20 torpedoes (see Covert)

Reconnaissance

Short-range Sensors
Environmental
Science
More
Full long-range sensors for detection of ships, planets, etc.
Forward and aft tractor emitters

Craft

Name: S.I.S. CHARC (prototype)
Class: Charc
Registry: NX-9429
Owner: Starfleet Intelligence Ship
Designed: Starbase 24, Sydney Mark III Android
Built: Starfleet Intelligence Covert Shipyards in 2380
Maximum Crew: 1 (rear bay can hold a small away team, see Covert.)

Update

Admiral David Luc

After review of the CHARC prototype, Starfleet Intelligence has commissioned the necessary resources to build and deploy a small fleet for Project Infinite
